Returns & Comfort Guarantee

We stand behind the Sável fit with a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.

Eligibility. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned unworn (try-on only), unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Items that are worn beyond a reasonable try-on, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

How to start a return. Email savelpeau@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges. The fastest way to change size or color is to start a return for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, let us know and we'll help arrange it based on availability.

Return shipping. Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive un-tracked returns.

Final sale. Items marked "final sale" and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
